Responsibilities:

• Removal of trash and debris.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean entrance ways & hallways.
• Stock restrooms.
• Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
• Notify supervisors or managers of repairs or damages.
• Notify supervisors or managers of suspicious activity in/around properties.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Take clear before and after pictures of assigned locations.
• Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
• Ensure doors are locked after cleaning.

Requirements:

• Must possess a smart phone with the capability to utilize the internet and current company applications.
• Maintain a current and valid DL, with up to date auto insurance.
• Must provide reliable transportation to and from work site.
• Work well in a small team setting or individually.
• Ability to manage your time efficiently.
• Work well when supervisors are not present.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Handle basic math, cleaning, and other janitorial work.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies.
• Stand/Walk/Bend/Crouch for entirety of shift - up to 4-8 hours

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
